Changi Logistic Centre

This is an A&A works to the existing building.

The internal layout of the warehouse development has been enhanced and retrofitted to suit modern warehousing requirements.

The facade was also rejuvenated by applying a new colour scheme of dark grey with varying lengths of vertical strips painted in a contrasting lighter tone. This creates interest to the facade while accentuating the existing glass curtain wall.
