First founded in 1968, AC Consortium Pte Ltd (AC) has specialised in feasibility studies for the design of industrial parks as well as industrial land utilisation. It is a professional consultancy firm in handling Architectural, Construction Administration & Supervision, Project Management, Co-ordination and Design of industrial buildings. Since 2017, AC became a fully owned subsidiary of RSP Architect Planners & Engineers (RSP).

AC has been actively involved in the comprehensive design of numerous industrial buildings catering to many different trades in the manufacturing and fabrication sector. It has also carved a niche in the design of warehouses, especially ramp up for 20/40 footer containers, warehouses with controlled environment and those requiring the installation of computerised automated storage racking system. The extensive experience and proficiency cultivated over numerous years of practice have positioned AC as seasoned experts in the realm of factory and warehouse design.  

With a rich portfolio boasting over 500 industrial developments throughout Singapore, AC played a pivotal role in significant construction endeavours across both public and private sectors, honing expertise in delivering high-quality industrial and headquarters projects of diverse typologies.
