19 Tai Seng Avenue

This is an A&A works to the existing building.

The front facade consists of glass panels in different shades of blue with perforated screens to stand out from the surrounding. This is further accentuated by horizontal fins going around the front and side of the building which creates an impression of flow and dynamism. The colour scheme and pattern of the corner aluminium panels  also expresses the building tenant’s corporate identity.

Pockets of greenery not only brings interest and depth to the facade but also provide areas of rest and rejuvenation for the users.
