Competition Proposal for TTI Saigon High Tech Park

The key design strategy of the development is to have a central lushly landscaped green spine organizing the site. Besides being a garden space at ground level, it is also an infrastructural spine, where service space and circulation are placed. This allow greater flexibility of the usable space adjacent to the spine, whether production, warehouse or office. The linear configuration of the building blocks with juxtaposed layers allows a neat workflow that translates into operational efficiency.

The facade consists of modern yet timeless materials and features that gives the development a unique identity.
