Jointly created with renowned architectural firm Ministry of Design, 100’s bold design pushes the boundaries of industrial space design to present a unique and premium business experience, fronted by an inspiring sea view.

Its outstanding presence is achieved by staggering a series of dynamic blocks one above the other, creating a striking profile against the skyline. Stepped balconies introduced across different floor levels allow the building to appear as if it is shifting away from the busy elevated highway.

The interior design aims to provide a hybrid workplace that is exciting and innovative.

Bold use of feature lighting and environmental graphics across different floors celebrate a stylised industrial aesthetic that is refreshingly inspiring.
