West Spring

The development consists of 30 units of terrace factories with 2 storeys and a mezzanine.  There are 2 different typologies of unit sizes with modular design to serve various industrial needs. All units are provided with their own staircases conveniently located at entrance of unit for ease of access to upper storeys. Lift core with knock out panels are provided in big units for ease of lift installation by the users.

Wide driveway for maneuvering of 40 foot containers, door step loading/unloading and sufficient vehicular lots provides convenience to the unit owners.
