Samwoh Smart Hub

This is the 1st positive energy industrial building in Singapore that will produce 20 to 30 percent more energy than it uses. It was also awarded BCA Green Mark Platinum Positive Energy 2019.

The vision for the development is to create a welcoming space for both employees and visitors.

Sustainability is the main design consideration which drives the function and space to optimize design performance. The building adopts an open space office concept, naturally ventilated podium for landscaping, gathering and exhibition spaces, and plenty of quality natural daylight usage. North & south facades consists of glazing and green balconies while the east and west façades are designed with double skin, fins and creeper plants.
