The rooftop dormitory for 700 workers is designed above Defu Industrial City with challenges of security and segregation.

The rooms are comfortably designed to be apartment-like, with attached toilets clothes drying areas. Amenities and sitting areas complying to regulations have been designed around the dormitory to ensure livable conditions to the users.
