Cogent 1.Logistics Hub

This is one of Singapore’s largest one-stop integrated logistics hub. It consists of the world’s first and only container depot located on its rooftop with capacity for storage of 16,000 units of 20-footer containers, emphasizing the development as a landmark of modern engineering.

It  stands at over 110m in height, towering monumentally over the Jurong and Tuas industrial landscape. The white coloured facade consisting of wall and metal panels further accentuates the presence of the development.

2 vehicular ramps serve the development to ensure efficient vehicular movement within while high floor loading of up to 50kN/m2 caters to industrialists’ storage needs.
