Janice Teh Lee Theng
Janice joined AC Consortium in 2001 and has more than 20 years of architectural project experience in the design, development, coordination and implementation of industrial projects of various scales and types. She is responsible for the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary professional teams, conceptual designs and overseeing the technical performance of projects relating to design / documentation and construction supervision of all major projects undertaken by the company in Singapore.
She is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. She received Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) and Bachelor of Science (Architecture) from University of Newcastle, Australia.
Timothy Gaw Ying Hwee
Timothy has more than 20 years of design and project management experience in Industrial, Institutional, Resorts, Residential and Additions and Alterations and fitting out works both locally and overseas. He joined AC Consortium in 2015 and has been involved in many of the major projects. He has successfully supported clients on lead consultancy and project leadership with hands-on approach from pre-contract to authority compliance to post contract administration and production detailing of several projects in Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Pakistan.
He is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. He received Bachelor of Architectural Studies from National University of Singapore. He is also a Registered Inspector with SCDF, Design for Safety Professional and a Green Mark Manager.
Grace Young Kok Inn
Grace Young is responsible for the overall co-ordination of multi-disciplinary professional teams, conceptual designs and overseeing the technical performance of AC Consortium relating to design / documentation and construction supervision of all major projects undertaken by the company in Singapore.
She is involved in marketing, expanding company’s business in other countries, administration and financial performance of the company. She is also personally involved in the setting up of design criteria, overseeing computer models, reviewing design results, and generally overseeing the quality of contract/construction administration of all major projects.
With keen interest in Fengshui she has completed 2 years of Fengshui study under reputed Hong Kong master and is able to incorporate fengshui concept upon request of clients.
Besides practicing as a Registered Architect, Grace Young is also a Registered Inspector with the SCDF since 1994 and represented in the FSSD subcommittee and Yew Tee CC building committee from 2001 to 2011. She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects and received Bachelor of Architecture from University of Singapore.
Ronald Tan Kheng Lim
Ronald joined AC Consortium in 2021 and has more than 25 years of architectural project experience, particularly in master planning, industrial, institutional,office, commercial and residential projects. He has undertaken various phases of projects from design inception and development right up to completion. His experiences in data centres, warehouses/storage facilities, air bases, naval bases and protective structures have given him extensive insights in industrial and security related projects. In addition, he has developed a keen interest in parametic design and the protective design for buildings.
Ronald is a registered Architect and a council member of the 59th Singapore Institute of Architects Council.
Wong Wai Ying
Wai Ying has several years of experience in architectural practice and has undertaken various roles in planning, designing, leading, project directing, project managing, implementing and delivering projects across a diverse range, scale and typologies of projects. Her portfolio includes leisure & recreational buildings, parks developments with recreational facilities, institutional buildings, educational buildings, conservation and heritage buildings, museums and art & cultural buildings, office buildings, residential, mixed-use developments, industrial buildings, transportation buildings and healthcare facilities. Her involvements in various projects begin from conceptualizing, design inception, design development, technical coordination, tender documentation to contract administration, bringing the projects into realization. Many of her projects are recognized for its success through receipt of local and international awards.
Wai Ying is a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore. She is also a registered ASEAN Architect and APEC Architect. She is also an Accredited Professional Project Manager, Green Mark Accredited Professional and Universal Design Assessor. She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects and sits on the Development Control Sub-Committee since 2011 and currently the Chairperson of the Sub-Committee. She serves as a Council Member of Singapore Institute of Architects 63rd Council (2023/2024) and 64th Council (2024/2025). She represents Singapore Institute of Architects in external committees, taskforce and investigation committees of regulatory bodies and institutes associated with professional bodies.
Wai Ying is also a member of the Association of Women in Construction, Singapore and Society of Project Managers, Singapore. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Building Design (Distinction) from University of Nottingham, UK and Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from University of New South Wales, Australia.
Goh Pin Jia
Pin Jia joined AC Consortium in 2008 and has more than 12 years of architectural project experience in the design, development, coordination and implementation of industrial projects of various scale.
She is part of the internal quality audit management team of the company to ensure good processes and documentations are in place. She is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. She received Masters of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from National University of Singapore.
