Roles and Responsibilities
- To have good recognized creative and innovative design skills and capabilities to push/improve our design deliverance for our projects
- To have good working attitude and friendly, easy-going character to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments, and other senior management staff
- Manage/oversee the timely and quality deliverance of the design team’s works
- Perform powerful/effective/excellent presentations verbally and visually to the clients to get approvals for the design works done.
- Support the Directors in business development work to expand our service to existing and new clients/ projects
- Support the Directors in the preparation of design and financial proposals to potential clients for all “Requests For Proposal” received to meet the deadlines
- Follow-up on new business opportunities and set-up and prepare for meeting with key people of the potential client to present about RSP, and be able to make the clear distinction of why RSP would be the most suitable design consultant for the client in his/her project
- Assist in reviewing contracts from the potential clients to ensure that the terms and conditions are fair and achievable
- Writing articles and promotional material for the project(s) and company
- Oversee the update of RSP promotional/marketing materials i.e. FB page, global website, newsletters, etc
Requirement
- Recognized architecture degree
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in design works and 2 years in business development role
- Good writing, reading and articulated speaking abilities in English and Vietnamese
- Hardworking, driven and result oriented
- Good project and people management skills
