Home to a one-stop centre for car buyers and owners, this development provides space for showroom, warehouses and workshops. Functional elements essential to the operation of the building have been carefully designed.

A sleek façade with a sense of grandeur is achieved by large glass panels, which accentuate the showroom height and showcase the products within. Dark grey perforated screens, liven up by contrasting red and white borders give prominence to the upper floor façade. A mid-level sky terrace was injected to relieve the otherwise solid façade, softening the overall effect while improving the environment for occupants and visitors.
