Northview Bizhub

Northview Bizhub is located in the heart of Yishun. The 8-storey ramp-up factory is tailored to suit light industrial needs.

Comprising of a total of 158 units and 1 staff canteen, the development provides direct vehicular access to all units with parking lots in front of doorstep  for loading and unloading convenience.

The driveways are generously design with widths at 9m and 2 way ramps at 12m on curve.  Factory layout are modular with a variety of unit sizes, high floor loading and column-free. For selected units, dual access and glass frontage are provided.
