Located near the Jurong Fishery Port Road, this is a 6-storey food factory for 128 units with ramp up facilities.

Each unit has its own private lorry/car park that allows delivery up to the door steps of every unit, enhancing convenience and food safety requirements. Efficient layout of the units as well as specifications such as grease trap and gas supply 

Terraced food factories on the ground also provide a different spatial option to users.
